ZHY-60YP tube filling and sealing machine,this is our basis model machine,with the speed of 30-40 tubes per min. The medium speed machine model is ZHF-100YC. Machine Speed is 60-70pcs/min .This machine is with our unique compact design.It is suitable for plastic and laminated tube.

The material contact parts of this machine are made of 316L stainless steel and whole machine is covered by the 304 stainless steel.We use the panosonic color sensor for orientation.Filling station adopted the anti-dripping diving filling head measuring by the mechanical cam filling system with very high filling accuracy.Machine is adopted Switerzland hot air system for tube tube inner wall heating.Which will assure high quality filling and sealing,machine is synchronous control,very easy to operator from the touch screen.

ZHS-50 model automatic perfume filling machine,this is our new design perfume machine widely used perfume manufacturer.I am listing this machine characteristics below.

1. This machine is equipped with the adjustable molds and suitable for different size bottles,no matter the bottles are square, flat or round.
2. Machine is equipped with air cleaning system to clean the dust in the bottles before filling.
3. The machine is with 4 filling heads,three of them are controlled by servo ceramic pump filling system with high filling accuracy and easy adjustment from the HMI,there is no sealing rings in the filling system,easy to clean up and easy maintenance,the last filling head is vacuum filling head to keep all the bottle liquid level the same.
4. The machine will automatic sorting and feeding the spray pump to the bottle after filling,crimping progress is consisted with two stages,pre-crimping and final crimping which can ensure high position accuracy and success rate.
5. After crimping,machine will automatic sorting and pressing the collars.
6. The finished products will be pick out of the molds automatically from the molds,the whole machine will only need one operator to place empty bottles to the molds
7. Machine is equipped with necessary safety devices such as overloading protection,low air pressure protection,safety door protection and so on
