Automatic Filling Machine

It is controlled by the PLC and driven by the servo motor to control the double screw transmission structure which can realize high-precision filling. It uses separate ball screw to link guide pillar and lifting beam.

This full-automatic weight filling machine is suitable for the filling of 1000g to 15000g liquid weight filling. It can finish a series of operations automatically such as counting bottle, bottles inlet ,weight filling and bottles outlet.

Adopts inner heating system by using Swiss heater “LEISTER”, by blowing hot air to inner wall of the tube to melt the plastic and then printing insection and lot number.

Toe index adopts precise cam，precision and placidity. toe index motor by using transducer to adjust speed，users can adjust running speed.

Tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and high viscous fluid and for large diameter plastic and composite tubes and then internally heating tubes, sealing and printing lot number and date. It is used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuff, cosmetic and bond and so on.

This machine has the functions such as automatical screw type bottle feeding, bottle detecting (no bottle no filling, no bottle no cap feeding ), filling, cap feeding and capping automatically.
