· 2 set 25L 3 layer-tank and external thermal insulation for operators safety.
· Tank heated by diathermic oil and temperature can be adjust .
· All the parts which are in contact with the product must be in stainless steel 316,
e.g tank,pumps turnover valves and nozzles .
· Product heating in the whole filler : tank, piston, valve, nozzle and temperature can be adjust.
· Motorized stirrer : adjustable speed range 10 – 200rpm ; nominal torque 5kg/cm.
· Filling volume control by Panasonic servo motor driven.
· Mold rise and low system control by Delta or Panasonic servo motor driven and speed can be adjust .
· Belt for transport the shell molds.
· After heating with hot air device to keep the surface flat .
